Cancellation Policy

The Covenant is a high-level private spiritual advisory offering for the leader, founder, visionary, or legacy-builder who desires consistent Divine counsel, intuitive support, and spiritually grounded guidance while navigating major decisions, expansion, visibility, and impact. By enrolling in The Covenant, you agree to the following: This offering includes 2 private 75-minute Oracle Sessions per month, 2 private 30-minute strategic or intuitive check-ins per month, personalized intuitive guidance and channeling from Spirit, the Collective, and higher interdimensional beings as guided, Voxer support between sessions for brief guidance (up to 5 check-ins per week), bi-weekly energetic check-ins or personalized oracle guidance, 1 quarterly 2-hour deep-dive intensive, energetic clearing and protection support as guided during sessions, priority access for additional private support if needed, and priority support with responses provided within 24 business hours. All monthly sessions and check-ins are intended to be used within the active month of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the current monthly cycle. The quarterly intensive must also be scheduled and used within the active quarterly period. Voxer support is available for brief guidance, follow-up, or clarification between sessions. This support is not intended to replace the depth of a full session and is not meant for emergency support, crisis situations, or extended processing outside scheduled session time. Voxer access is available Monday through Friday during business hours, with up to 5 check-ins per week. Responses are offered within 24 business hours. Bi-weekly energetic check-ins or personalized oracle guidance are brief touchpoints intended to offer support, perspective, and alignment as you move through key moments, decisions, or shifts. Additional private support beyond package inclusions is based on availability and billed separately at the current rate. If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is kindly requested. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited, except in the case of a true emergency. Because of the time, preparation, and energetic commitment involved, all payments are non-refundable.
