Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in The Inner Circle, you agree to the following: This offering includes 2 private 60-minute Oracle Sessions per month, personalized intuitive guidance and channeling, energetic recalibration or activation as guided during sessions, email support between sessions for brief guidance (up to 1 email per week), 1 brief energy check-in per month, priority booking access for additional sessions if needed, and a 24–48 business hour response window. Your two monthly sessions are intended to be used within your active month of service and do not roll over unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Clients are responsible for scheduling their sessions within the current monthly cycle. Email support is available for brief clarification, follow-up, or gentle guidance between sessions. It is not meant to replace the depth of a full session and is not intended for crisis support, emergency situations, or multiple in-depth questions better held in live session space. Responses are offered within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Friday. Your monthly energy check-in is a brief intuitive touchpoint designed to support you before a major decision, transition, launch, or moment of uncertainty. It is shorter than a full session and intended to offer focused clarity and support. Priority booking access means that if you desire additional support beyond your monthly inclusions, you will receive early access to available appointments. Additional sessions are billed separately at the current rate. If you need to reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited, except in the case of a true emergency. Because of the time, preparation, and energetic commitment involved, all payments are non-refundable. All guidance, channeling, and energetic support are offered for spiritual support, personal insight, and empowerment. These services do not replace medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or psychological care or advice. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations. This offering does not include unlimited access or emergency availability. These boundaries help protect the integrity of the work and allow me to serve you from a clear, grounded, and aligned space.
